Did you miss .ci/compose.yaml? Or what is it?

@alecpl .ci/compose.yaml doesn't yet provide a way to run the current code for browser consumption.

I'd very much like to integrate a dev setup!

We have a setup pretty similar to the one you suggested, which we use for testing. It's files are a little hidden in the .ci folder.

Would you be interested in having a look at our current setup and proposing changes to it, so it suits your (and our) purpose?
I would also suggest to reduce the required manual steps you list unter "Final Steps" in the README, and integrate the last 3 into the entrypoint-script. (Maybe have a look at my makeshift setup at https://github.com/pabzm/roundcubemail-docker-dev/blob/main/docker-entrypoint-dev.sh)

Alternatively we could take this to https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail-docker (which was my plan to do at some point in the future)
